I would love to model my kitchen like this. Just the right amount of old school and industrial with all the benefits of moving things around. The great liberty of a modular design is to be appreciated, I asked around and cooks told me so. I was planning on writing about this more extensively, but here’s everything in a nutshell: it’s better for me not to opt for a fixed kitchen (I think this is the current trend) since I don’t know exactly what kind of cooking and eating I will eventually prefer.
